I have paid in full my last purchase amount of Rs. 860 by cheque on 3.1.2008. I have cancelled my subscription order for Readers Digest within two days on 27.2.2008 and as an abundant caution cut the SBI card and sent with a letter on the same day, 27.2.2008 for cancelling my card account. I had 279 Reward points and when opted for E Staements, gained another 250 points which was confirmed over SMS message from SBI cards totalling 529 points. My request for redeeming all these points earned for a Travel bag was not responded. My last letter to Head, SBI cards was acknowledged by ID No.[protected] promissing action within 3 days from 28 July 2008 is still pending Was this information helpful? |
I again contact to customer care but till date but till date I have not get any reply from their end while daily receiving call from their recovery department regarding payment.
