they asking for 2 years bond and refundable deposit of 50,000 rupees or submit all certificates of school and college. they said you have to work without salary for one month and then we give you 6000 Rs per month. They use the freshers and 2 or 3 years passed outs. working hours of the company per week is 65 hours with saturday, they didn't give proper increment also. no proper management. here company and family combined, they not treat this as company only as family. they treat employee like a .

I[censored] asking experience certificate after bond years completed....they ask to work more than 3 months or pay 50,000 rs. notice period for relieving of the company is 3 months.
