I[censored] asking experience certificate after bond years completed...they say to relieve now, come 1 month after to get whatever...I[censored] come after 1 month they ask to pay 50, 000 rs to get your experience certificate. the result is, no other company give you 3 months notice period for joining so you only pay 50, 000 conform. They got 2 years work and 50, 000 rs profit without investment.

They asking for 2 years bond and refundable deposit of 50, 000 rupees or submit all certificates of school and college. they said you have to work without salary for one month and then we give you 6000 Rs per month. They use the freshers and 2 or 3 years passed outs. working hours of the company per week is 65 hours with saturday, they didn't give proper increment also. no proper management. here company and family combined, they not treat this as company only as family. they treat employee like a .
