In Last week only we have a new refrigerator...and the abnormal sound has been noticed through the compressor form first day.
When complaint registered to Sharp India through Croma Retail...
After Tech visited, before checking the system thoroughly he has submitted the report saying that the sound will be remains the same as it is...This reason is technically not acceptable since the sound is disturbing in night as well.
When we have check back with the Croma Store for the said complaint resolution, found the complaint has been closed in their data base without any intimation to us and its very surprising that how Sharp Tech can close the complaint the compliant without rectifying the same???
