The compressor is not working ....

I bought a sharp refrigerator from great eastern behala, kolkatTa. i am a whilpool user, still i was told that this product is good bcause it iS newly launged. Exactly after one year the product stopped working...i called the service centet and informed them about the product, they checked t and said that the pvr was damaged n to replace it i will be charged 6000. i went out of station after dat, again wen i called them to come and repar...

In Last week only we have a new refrigerator...and the abnormal sound has been noticed through the compressor form first day.
When complaint registered to Sharp India through Croma Retail...
After Tech visited, before checking the system thoroughly he has submitted the report saying that the sound will be remains the same as it is...This reason is technically not acceptable since the sound is disturbing in night as well.br...
