Delivery of gas cylinder has been stand still more than 18 days

I am a customer of HP Gas and registered with Shiv Tej Enterprises - Gas Agency, 2/64, Geeta Colony, Delhi- 110031. My Consumer No. is 603388 and phone no. is [protected]. My grievance is that delivery of gas has been standstill for quite more than 36 days right now. Its repeated since last 8 months, but nobody is giving specific response at what time it will be resolved. I don't know why what is wrong with dealer. I am waiting but cylinder has not been delivered. I have receive message on my cell phone date 21.03.2011 and by cash memo no 9921 but I have not received my Gas kindly looked into the matter and get the problem resolved so that we may not face this great hardship any more. I am waiting your reply.

My Consumer No. is 603103 Hukam Chand Srivastav and my booking no. is 286880.or phone no. is [protected]. My grievance is that delivery of gas has been standstill for quite more than 21 days right now. Its repeated since last 6 months, but nobody is giving specific response at what time it will be resolved. I have also spoken with Mr. Randeep but no response from his side. Every month I am facing same problem. I don't know why what is wrong with dealer. I am waiting but cylinder has not been delivered. I have receive message on my cell phone date[protected] but I have not received my Gas kindly look into the matter and get the problem resolved so that we may not face this great hardship any more. I am waiting your reply.

I am Janak Raj Khurana R/o 11/322, Geeta Colony, Delhi-31. I have LPG Connection with Shiv Tej Enterprises, Geeta Colony. My Consumter No. is 605935. The cylinders delivered by this agency are always less in weight. Whenever we ask the delivery man to weigh the cylinder, he refuses by saying that I don't have a weighing machine with me. If I ask him to weigh the cylincer with our machine he refuses and says either you want to take the delivery of cylinder on "as it is" basis or I will take it back.
The behaviour of the delivery man is also very bad.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem. Gas is very precious and we cannot take less gas when we are paying on the basis of Government's fixed rate & weight.

this is the height of irresponsibility...i have lodged more than 3 complaints against Shivtej enterprises but no one is taking this seriously. I have put refill booking request more than 3 times in last 2 months but i have not received refilled cylinder yet however i got an SMS that its delivered which is fake against cash memo 160304. However, i have not rcvd any cylinder...
Moreover, they have given invalid number online @ 22506009. i will go to consumer court..i have all the supportive evidence
