THIS IS THE REFERENCE TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM SANTOSH KUMAR SINGH A-137 NEW ASHOK NAGAR NEW DELHI 110096 AT MY HOME THE SIFY BROAD BAND DEVICE HAS BEEN STOLEN ON MY ROOF ON[protected] AFTER 10:45 PM TO BEFORE 8:00 AM[protected].

Sify Broadband — broadband service & speed

Hi

Sify has very poor services in broadband provider and speed also.

I am a Sify broadband user.

I have done the complaint to the customer care, Even its phatatic after 6 p m customer care doesn't work, as well but no solution has been provided yet. I am still looking for their action on my complaint.

Sify Broadband Ltd. — Not Responding

I have filled an application form(Order Reference Number: WW 103806) for new broadband connection on 29th june 2010. they assured me that they will done the connection till 3rd July. But till 9th july 2010, they dont did the connection. when i am contacting them, they alway say "we will do it by tommorrow, we will call you tommorow" even customer care execute also give this answer and no body call to me.from last 5 day i am regularly calling them and they give the new contact number of another person and he is also responsing the same.they are irritate me too much.

they had taken the money and now they are not responding........

sify broadband is a fraud company.They also took Rs1350 as advance from me in july 2009 but they neither installed internet nor refunded my money.

I have sent a mail before 1 week & called them regarding the connection problem BB108. I called customercare so manytimes regarding this issue & nobody is responded.
I found still nobody called me regarding the issue since from 29th july. it is more than 6 days taken.
There is a very worst cabling done for me & this problem occurs every month.
As am a prepaid customer for this i am loosing my money every month.
please help me in resolving this issue.

Sify Broadband — Poor Service / Renewal without permissions

This is in regard to the service provided by SIFY Broadband. My Broadband connection has been out of service for past two weeks. I tried calling the Sify costumer care atleast 8-10 times till now, but everytime after keeping me on hold for 10-15 mins the call just drop off. Between this two weeks I had received 3 calls from their Customer service advising for renewal of my package. When i informed them about the issue their by default reply was, its the matter of other department and we will forward your query to the concerned dept. Till date no body has called me.

Moreover Sify broadband has came up with new way of duping their customers. They are renewing the monthly packages without any consent or permission of the subscriber. By package, inspite of my service being down for 2 weeks, was renewed on 1 Oct 2010 without intimating me. This is just a waste of money for me as my internet is not working at all.My renewal for half of the september has already gone waste and now thy have renewed for october as well. Please advise the action that I can take on this people. Let me know about some legal ways as well. Can I file a Suite in consumer court against this firm.

Sify Broadband — I paid for plan with 512 kbps. But they are providing only 256 kbps and no one is responding properly

I took the plan with 512 kbps speed for 3 months for 1653. But for more than 2 weeks my account details are showing only 256 kbps and i am getting 256 kbps speed only. Even if i called them no one is responding properly. They are saying they will call back but no one is calling after that.

Maine 15/02/10 ko sify company ka broad band lagwaya tha inhone us waqt mujh se 1909 rs liye the jisme 409 mera plan charge tha 500 instalaton charge tha aur 1000 rs security thi.. inhone humse kaha tha k jab aapn connection hatwaoge tab aapko aapi security refund ki jayegi.. humne jab inke helpline noumber par call ki aur kaha k connection kat jao tabto turant inka injinear aa gaya aur connection kat gaya aur ek reciept de gaya aur bola k kuch dino m aapko aapki security mil jayegi but uske bad jab us injinera ko call ki to usne call recive nahi ki aur inke helpline walo ne b koi humari kisi bat par dhyan nahi diya aur aaj tak humari security humko di nahi gayi h.

i am Hemant Mali & have got an issue with my mobile service provider (Docomo). There has been an additional package activated on my account for which i hav'nt opted for ( Jokes-Chota Pack) on 25/01/2011 at 14:48 Hrs. Although ihave made an compliant at the customer care but they have turned out a deaf ear & are not willing to credit back the amt charged. Kindly help me with this...

Sify Broadband — poor service

I am connected to sify from past 2 years and in the begining the service was quite good, then i again joint sify and give full payment in advance for the whole year and now from 2-3 months the service is very poor

the problem is whenever i started sify it shows me an error BB101 then i called my service operater mr. naresh many times every time after 4-5 calls he comes and check the connection and corrected it but it works for only 2-3 hours and afterthat again doesn't work at all or work very very slowly as when i do pinging it shows REQEST TIMED OUT many times and the same happend every time he comes

then from past 15 days i start calling sify customer care number the same happened again i called them after 1-2 days it get corrected and again doesn't worked properly
so, i request you to kindly see to it as soon as possible and correct it properly and see that it doesn't happen again if the problem stil persist kindly refund my payment

Sify Broadband — Bad Service and bad technical support

Hello all,
I am very much disappointed by the sify service .Every day dere is internet problem.Max time I am geting error like "Sify Sever is unreachable" while trying to login for internet.The customer care people are not picking the phone atall after 8 pm and before 10 am.Its a bad experience with Sify.Better to take Airtel.
