I am staying at Marol Maroshi, all shopkeepers are charging more money than what it is printed on Milk pouch. They are charging Rs.1.5/- on half liter bag and Rs.3/- on 1 liter bag. Please suggest me on this.

The service is pathetic. There is no connectivity for most of the time.Every time they say that they are having problem with their local service providers & back end team is working on It. this kind of Answers customer care give.
from last 2- weeks the customer service center has not replay to my mails. Sending so many reminders.
they gave me compensation for 6 days i. e. 250 MB - 256 KBPS speed & it ended in only two days.Sify has given me the answer that we have given u the compensation on the basis of your usage & my usage is 100 MB per day
Its really bad that they are cheating the customers.
Always customer care is busy, on saturday & sunday no one is there to help us.
So be aware of Sify Broadband

Sify Broadband — Neither Refund Nor Service
Hello,I, Vishal Jain, took Sify Broadband service around 3 months ago. I paid 800 rs for installation charges. Now since few days that they cant continue the service in this area because of non feasibility. Now I want my installation charge amount back as this is not me but they who are disconnecting the service, or they should provide the net service. Despite having several calls to them daily, they are not listening at all and behaving very badly saying they can not give service in this area and cannot give refund either.
Please look into the matter and solve the issue ASAP.

Sify — NETWORK
Ours connection got lost around 4 days ago.So,we did contact Sify technical person,after calling him around 20 times he finally answered and said that he would be coming by 1 hour.After that he kept his phone switched off.Then we called Sify customer care who told us that they would be solving by 12 hours but again that was a fake promise.Nobody came and answered to our queries.And to the heights of audacity they again said the same standard answer "Our technical team is working on it we will get back to you as soon as possible."But as expected nobody came and we are still without internet connection.They have left no other option except to change the service provider.My complaint no is 11060181 given by Sify people.
Sify Broadband — Internet disabled for more than 30 days
I stay in Vishalnagar, Pune, Maharstra.I have Sify broadband connection at my place. Within every day or two we face connectivity issues. Sometimes it doesn't get resolved for a day sometimes 2-3 days and last week it started working after 30 days when we paid extra 1000 bucks for wire and more than 15 complaints.
I dont know much about others but according to me SIFY is the worst Internet service provider I ever came across. But we dont have any other option as SIFY is the only service provider in our area.
Bearing it since last 1.5 yrs.

Main sify ki broadband se bahut pareshan hokar aapko mail kar raha hu, mera sitapura jaipur me cyber cafe ki shop hai mene 24 Feb Ko sify ka Broadband lagvaya tha 24Feb se lekar aaj tak Sirf aapka broadband 3 din hi chala hai baki aapke service provider Mr. Kamal meena(PH NO-[protected]) ko kam se kam 800-900 time call kiya hai jisme se usne sirf 10-12 time call attend kiye the aur jo bhi attend kiye usme uske word the (aage se nahi chal raha hai, 2 din lagange, machine me fault hai, nayi machine lekar aaya hu lekin usko activate koi dusra karega, machine 2.4 ki galat lag gayi hai 5.8 ki lagani hai, kal aayegi, agar aapko compliant karni hai toh kar lo) jab bhi koi customer aata hai use sharminda hokar yahi kahna padta hai sir net nahi chal raha hai
The person whose name in mention in the complaint above is not trust worthy at any cost.
He is big lier and big gamer who only know how to play with smartness.
The main complaint is with is ir-response nature.
Now i would like to intimate you further that he has changed the machine once but the problem raised by us still persists and no further improvement related to previous one.
Now as the customer care representative i ask you what should we do regarding that as we have written official paper which give us full right to get 750kbps speed and the speed which we are getting is not .10% of the actual committed.
Now please suggest us and try to resolve the complaint asap on the top priority and make us satisfied.

Sify Broadband — Bad customer support and unethical service
I am using Sify Broadband prepaid connection from the month of July.For using in the month of August I have done recharged of 1008/- on 31st July.But form 1st August the connection is unavailable till date due the some problem in their side.I have contacted customer care for several times even mailed them and every time they told that they will work on it but its been 2weeks no one responded back nor even anyone come to my place.I have contacted the vendor also who has provided the connection but he is trying to avoid and not mentioning anything clearly about the issue or when it will be resolved.
I have lost my patience for this as a consumer and I would like them to refund or compensate the money I have paid for this month as already 1month is gone.It is such worse service from a large provider like this.I dont know whome to contact or whome to blame for this.
