This is a stupid courier company I have ever come a cross.
ICICI bank has sent me the cheque book on 11th April 2011 through the Sigma Express Courier of Ghatkoper branch, the courier person came to home and drop the note that "Sorry we missed you" and asked to contact in between 9.30 to 19.00 when I made a call on 12th and 13th and 14th April no one was receiving the call. Hardly after calling for long time some one lift the phone and asked to give the AWB no. and said she will call back for the further confirmation. But no one call so far now. again I called back on 15th and 16th April again she had picked up the phone and asked for AWB and said your cheque book has to back to ICICI Bank. I said this is very bad service or communication from you. She said you lodge the complain where ever you want.
