[Resolved]  Sigma Manpower Services — big cheaters in mumbai-beware

They gave us a guarantee to provide staff about one month back with money back offer, but in vein.They are cheaters, no doubt about it.

We are also facing problem form sigma i just wanted to know would you be in a position to give me phone number of Mr. Mathew who is suppose to be the director of Sigma Manpower

Sigma Manpower Services — Breach of Contract

We have paid Sigma Manpower services Mumbai Rs.6180 provision of Employees for our Buisness for a period of 2 years. While taking the money we were promised 20 employees for a finanical year but whenever we provided them with our requirement we were not provided any candidate at all, the staff keep on promissing us that they will provide us with employees but never took the effort of sending us any candidates.

They have duped us and caused mental as well as financial suffering to us.

Sigma are prefessional cheaters.
We are running Juvekars Nursing Home, multispeciality centre in Chembur.We have registered with your firm to supply manpower on 11-5-09.Receipt no 767 cheque no 565890.
We were promised that our requirement of staff would be completed in one weeks time and they had 30 staff ready.

Several requests have been made to the personal (Nikki) .However our requirement of ward sisters and wardboys is not being completed.Several calls have been made to your office without any concrete reply.

The above inefficieny and ingnorance of the commitments by Sigma itself leads to several doubts about the authenticity of your business.
Cheating Hospitals where patients are genuinly treated is not so common.However Sigma has that privilage.A legal notice shall be sen to them shortly.We Indians learn to keep quiet and accept things.Its wrong .Chalo guys lets teach these chaps what commitment means

i am shalini solkar, i too am in the same boat, in fact i have managed to get refund of rs.1000 out of rs.2000 from them after giving them lots of threats. now i am planning to go to their thane office & give them a good kick. also my brother is in media, just thinking of exposing them guys.

yes, we agree with you, we are in engineering products.

we also paid the membership fees of Rs 4000 to SIGMA MANPOWER and it is almost 3 months passed not a single candidate they have sent. Every time they give excuses i.e. they will send the canidate or they just pass the phone to other people when we asked them for their owner contact details.

For membership they use to call soo many times after getting there membership fees they are just vanished and not replying to the customers and using bad languages .

The staff of the Kurla branch is Mr. Suresh, Mr. Rajesh Naik.
These people are really fraud people do not go for it or even talk with them.
THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST A .
Hope I get my membership fees return.

I have same experience three years agao when I paid a fee for one year and they did not send me a single person for interview. they are big cheat. beware

Thanks to all, My practice to surf on net for product, before buying anything has turned fruitful...So many Duped ...Now I wont pay them which I was going to do tommorow.

Sigma is a big time fraud in Mumbai...they commit big numbers initially and once you register. then they don't even send a single candidate of worth.I was targeted by Shruti in lohar chawl office.even if you will explain them your requirements they will keep sending you the candidates which not at all fits your requirement.

They just keep assuring you of sending candidates and they are just shameless creatures and they don't even hesitate to commit again n again.

I have talked to the top officials in sigma also but its of no use.the top management also has the same story 2 sing.

I totally agree with this comment i have paid money for 1 year and on the confirmation that they would be screening the candidates for me and sendoing its been a month and no one has come, also the person name Dinesh never picks the phone, he is a bigger cheat. also they provided me with two candidates which were fake from their office itself.

when i went to take my money back they all came fighting, we all need to do some ting and get the money backl from them

We have enrolled in an agreement on 21st Aug with Sigma.

Till date we have received a only ONE candidate from your side!!!

No attempt made from your staff whether we have any requirement

Whenever I call for feedback from INDU she says will check and call but nevers responds back??????????????? Is this the service which you provide to your clients????

When you guys give a commitment stick to it…During the time of signing the contract you give us all sort of assurances but all in vain..

Big cheaters! right from top to bottom. I got this co. no from Justdial Mumbai and i strongly recommend that you don't use this fake co. don't even think of calling them. They promise you everything but delivery zero

BIGGEST FRAUDS...THEFTS...IMMORAL CHARACTERS...one of my biggest mistakes by paying them upfront Rs.6800/- for their "services" which they suck at...Mrs.Nair handling the Mira Road branch...sad to say about a woman like this but extremely immoral and a big liar.
I recently got a msg on my mobile from their company after my contract is now over if want employess call vicky...some other branch i guess...but warning to EVERYONE DONOT WASTE your money on these buggers...the owner and managers of all branches all should be jailed and should be penalized with a heavy fine.

they are cheaters .they dont have good educated staff for themselves >call them up and speak to anyone in english and you should get a feel how there company is

sigma manpower and consultants company are the biggest cheaters i have come across i have signed up for a 2 year contract in dec 2009 and i have got a pathetic service oops service is too much to expect from them i have not got any response also no one is ready to pick up the phone or reply to sms or emails.
