Dear All,
It is very shocking to note that this company takes money from you in advance with a promise that they would supply manpower. But once the money is in their pocket, they do the vanishing act. nobody feels responsible and behave as though they are givieng us alms.They do not allow you to escalate the matter to their higher authorities. They do not reveal the names of the authorised people who could take them to task.Surely I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.

I really agree with you, Sigma Manpower is really a big cheat company. I am not at all satisfied with their services. They are not at all professional. Not at all committed and dedicated towards their work. They have always made false promises. I am really fallen into a bad situation because of them. The Ghatkopar Branch of Sigma is pathetic. I was promised by Shaheen Inamdar, one of the employee of Sigma Ghatkopar-W branch that she will send candidates EXACTLY matching my requirements and that too VERY NEXT DAY after registration. I really agree with all the comments against sigma manpower agency. I would request to all the people who had bad experience to call me up on my mobile phone and meet me up. Be very careful of this company

I recently got an SMS and a post card of a placement company, they are into manpower services.

I was looking for sales executives, tele marketing executives and some office boys. I called them and a lady came to meet me offered me a package of Rs. 4000.00 for an year . You can request unlimited staff and they will provide.

They have around 15 companies in Mumbai and head office in Mira Road / Bhayandar.

I paid Rs. 4000.00 to her but there was no response and nobody was taking call in office and she was not available on mobile also.

When I spoke with couple of my friends they also told me same story and they were also cheated by this company.

I think I don’t need to name. If you had same experience, you will know whom I am talking about or if you have never came across this, be careful.

Always check with your friends, check on google and other sites ask for references before you sign a contract.

They are also listed on many infoline and info website like JustDial, Sulekha etc.

They have big network and contacts. We cannot do much to them. We can only help other people by forwarding this mail.

Please do not waste any time and forward this mail to all your contact.

I completely agree with your views. I have also suffered the same. The are duping people of their money openly. Its time these people should be behind the bars for fraud.All the offices in mumbai are fraudsters.

I agree with some of my fellows here I was cheated by them. They have a recored cassette moment you call them they will say they have 100 franchisee bla bla etc... Espicially people like Deepa Joshi on cell no. [protected] / 22063216 will be there to give you all the good stories about Sigma. then they will never show up transferring calls to each other...Also their backoffice team Sarika and Sejal they are horrible characters you can make out the cheaters...DON'T PAY THEM A SINGLE MONEY... thier serive for cash pick up is fantastic... they will send the man same day to do the cash pick up ect. .

i completelyl agree to all the voices here... this company has charged us Rs 5000 for one year and claimed that they would get the best service executives and much more but none till date.
They should be banned from working all together.

yes all o[censored] r correct this company is biggest cheater even I paid Rs 2500 for requirement of maid at my Borivali house immediatly their staff visited & took 2500/- from me.& other story is same.

How do we get even with such fraudsters???

Sigma manpower will send you sms stating we provide professional staff for admin, mktg, technical etc contact prachi desai mobile no
[protected] for all staff she is hr of company major fraud person when you call her she will tell you to pay rs.4412/= As registration fees only after that the staff will be provided within a weeks time and she will give you big talks that they will personally take the interview and provide you with the best staff
but when you make payment they stop responding and when you call them they will say sir wrong number or you are speaking to the wrong person or switch off there mobile, they are the biggest cheaters and fraud people in mumbai .People say beware of dogs as
I say beware of sigma manpower they are the biggest cheater in india.I have made payment by cheque no 004307 dt 3.8.11 but till
today no staff provided .They also promised if no staff provided
money will be refunded and they also mentioned on the bill.
Bill no. Sms/Gkr-201 dt 3.8.11 service tax regn no abkfs 8211 jst 001 .Kindly help me get my refund and take action against them .Biggest fraud company I have ever come across
