We wolul like to you inform you we purchased our vehicle dtd[protected] we agree our warranty period is completed now but in your mail you are saying the warranty is crossed more than 11 months but you rcvd wrong information from your deler ship so pls check. at the time of service dtd[protected]kms)we informed there is A/C problem but we found the same problem after the service. again we sent the vechile to dealer for particular A/C problem dtd[protected] at that time they corrected the A/c cooling but they informed there are some problem in A/C recirculation switch at that time they don't have stock that will be repalce in next service.after that we give the vehicle for service dtd[protected] kms.at that time the delaer informed to your warranty department and the process gone up to[protected] by the time we rcvd call from your dealer and they told wartanty period is completed and we have to repalce the spare chargable basis. Pls check and give us your confirmation your dealer to change spare in warranty basis and you know very well all Laura Vechicle having lot of problem in A/C so you must replace the A/C switch.wothout chargable.

Dear Mr. Jayakumar,
This is in continuation to your below said mail. We would like to apprise you that concern of AC in your vehicle is due to AC switch. Damage to the switch can be attributed due to mishandling and cannot be covered under warranty. Kindly be informed that your vehicle is out of warranty period by more than 8 months. Moreover, we understand that dealership had raised warranty claim and same has been rejected.
In line with our warranty policy, we will not be able to assist you any further in this regards. Kindly coordinate with our dealership for getting the part replaced on chargeable basis.
