Despite plight of global recession and crack in the car market, I, a senior citizen, misguided by attractive ads in the media, purchased one Satin Grey Skoda Fabia Classic 1.2 M/T(Chassis No. TMBAHH5J68A506595, Registration No. HR26AU4996) on 31/10/2008 on full payment, the highest priced car in the like segment with condition of high octane petrol usage for extra comfort on road. From day one i have been experiencing that i have been delivered a most defective car unfit and dangerously inefficient on road menacing lives. The service station peoples'(Giriraj Motors, Gurgaon) repeated servicing and assurance of faithful working of the car proved futile. We have twice escaped nearly fatal accidents due to failure of the car's system(Engine Misfiring, Power steering and window Failure, Dashboard and music system problems, Ac malfunction etc). I realized we were driving most dangerously inefficient car skoda fabia on road and the company requires to be restrained from this hazardous inefficient business.
Repeated complaints at its Aurangabad Head Office through email and on telephone failed to remedy the problem. On 12/6/2009 the car being almost in position on road to kill passengers and the public around, the car has been given to the service station of Giriraj Motors at Gurgaon where it is still lying. Although the company in written communication regretted the situation but they are absolutely not in any mood to settle the matter.
