We have purchased a skoda fibia car from the agra dealer shiel ventures in 2008 from the first service it came in our notice that the dealer is working with unskilled labour without experiance of skoda cars maintainance. In last service we experianced that they have charged app 3000 rs of labour for for changing of bush and they have charged a huge amount for internal cleaning and done the extreme today when we asked for our car which was sent on 5th march 2010 and on the job card delevary date was 11th of march 2010 on 11th they told us for 13th and when we called today they gave us the time of 13th and when we told them that we will complaint on company sight they called my today itserlf to pickup the car when my driver reached the service workshop at the time of taking delivary the antina of the car was broken and at the time we left the car it was not broken if it has been broken it should have been mentioned in the job card but it was not so. the workshop manager told my driver that you have to take the delivary with the broken antina and when he refused to do so he was sent back by the workshop manager.
