We have purchased Skoda Fabia Ambiente DL 4C AV 3091 on 10th April 2009 from Fahrenheit Automobiles, Moti Nagar Delhi, believing I have purchased a good quality car, but from the day one car is having the problems which it should not have and the problem that car going left is still continuing even after visiting the workshop many times and the suspension is no good then Maruti 800. The headlight beam mechanism motor was found faulty and replaced. The switch for rear window operation was faulty.
I purchased this car believing that it is having very rugged parts but disappointed on learning that its fuel cap is faulty during the very first year and needs replacements and which is the only solution because of lock failure.
Rear wiper bracket is very fragile and replaced 3 times along with the wiper blade causing lot of expenditure for a small bracket.
And last of all rear tire got burst and the damage is not along the circumference but across it indication a material failure and not because of low pressure.

I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.
I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .
I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.
