I had purchased 2 sleepwell Impression Mattresses worth Rs 30000 only one year back. Recently we discovered that one of the mattresses has fungus of approx. 15 by 15 inch size only on one mattress and on the lower side.
Seeing this we made a complaint in SleepWell with complaint no. D-8994. They sent us a sales person Mr. Akashdeep.
Mr. Akashdeep examined our mattress and agreed with us that the mattress had some fault and would communicate this to the company.
2 days later, we received a letter from SleepWell stating that Mr. Akashdeep has acertained that there is nothing wrong with the mattress !!
We were shocked and called Mr. Akashdeep. He in return talked to us in a very indifferent tone and said that he has nothing to do with such a problem. He told us that it is completely our problem and that he cannot do anything for us.
We have been buying SleepWell mattresses for the last 30 years.
Never have we come across such irresponsible and absurd behaviour.
After this we called Mr. Bharadwaj, who is i guess the sales manager for NCR for SleepWell.
He did not help us at all instead simply replied that Mr Akashdeep has already submitted his report and that he can do nothing about it.
I wish the right SleepWell athorities get to read this and take appropriate actions againt this.
My mattresses are worth 30000, and i bought them for utmost comfort. But such sales persons in SleepWell have caused a lot of discomfort to me with their such irresponsible and indifferent behaviour.
If the company does not help me, I do not mind throwing away these 30000 worth mattress, but it is very disturbing that such a big company has such unacceptable people placed as the face of the company.
