[Resolved]  Sleepwell Mattress — Bed damaged in 2 months - Replacement not received

I have purchased a new matress with a two year replacement warrenty. However the bed has gone down form one side and i am unable to sleep on this bed. because if i sleep I had a back pain in the next morning so i have launched a complaint with the dealer uphar emporium karnal dated[protected] vide sl no 281882 ur g reg no is [protected] so sir ur rep has visit at our home to see the defect but he has no aticates how to talk with ladies he behaved nonsense i think his name is atul this complaints is done by me from last 6 maonths but there is no action taken
so please take the neccessary action
