[Resolved] Sleepwell Omega Bed — Bed got damaged with in 7 days time

We have purchased one form bed at Vijayawada dealer. With in 7 days time it was damaged and we made a complaint at dealer point. After several remainders company people visited our house to check the bed and they have given feed back that the bed is damaged and they will arrange the new bed with in 7 days time. Even after 45 days of complaint there is no response from them. We are getting back pain by using this bed.

I have sent a complaint directly and the compalint No is 3459 dt: 8/10/10 and there is no response til date.

We also bought the same sleepwell omega brand and seen the same issue it got damaged in 10-15 days. i have given the complain to the company person lets see how soon he resolve the issue. If not i will also submit my issue with comsumer court.
