[Resolved] Sleepwell Pu Foam Mattress — NOT SUITING TO BODY

I have purchased 73”x71”6” (040) PU Foam Mattress vide bill no 2482 dated 22.09.2008 from your distributor M/s. Vidhya Enterprises, Kota (Raj.) I am facing problem of backache, tiredness every day since I am using it. I had told about this to vidhya enterprices, but he regret to do any thing. Later on I told to your area manager Mr. Pankaj also but he also regrets to do any thing. Here is a request to you please change my Form Mattress to a Coir mattress, as my problem of backache is becoming more painful. i have also compalinted to the company, but they are also not neither reply nor responsing. Having the same problem. We picked up a "premium" mattress from Sleepwell while getting married...and have been suffering from acute back pains every morning since then. The brand does not seem to care at all. Suggestion to all: If you want to avoid serious back problems in the long term...do NOT buy Sleepwell. You'll have sleepless nights and soon find the need to see a psysiotherapist! I've decided to give away mine to the junkyard!
