i have made a contract with sona enterprises mr shesh mani mishraon 24-03-09. for providing housemaid or male servant for domestic purposes for 11 month.we are provided a male servant on 24-03-09, who after 3-4 days refuses to work and had been replaced by another male servan who fled from our house after working for 1 week. the matter had been immidiately brought to the notice of service provider agency who ask us to remain calm and promise us to find that guy. that happened around 2-4-09. since than the agency has neither provided a replacement nor given any satisfactory answer. we are trying hard to contact mishra but he is not picking up the phone now .we are in a fix what to do since we have given rs10000/-(service charge )plus 1500/-(as one month salary ) in advance and we have not get that service properly. we felt cheated by that agency.the contract paper is also with that person. we have just receit of the money given to that agency.
