We entered a contract with Sona Enterprises owner, Mr Shesh Mani Mishra on 16-09-09. for providing us a housemaid for domestic purposes for 12 months .We were provided a female maid, named Sulekha Kujoor on 16-09-09. But we got her replaced as she had some medical problem and needed a long treatment. She was replaced by another female maid, named Rajni who fled from our house on 17-11-09 after working for 15 days. The matter was immediately brought to the notice of service provider agency who promised us to provide the replacement for the same. But since then the agency has neither provided us any replacement nor has refunded our contract money. We have tried calling Mishra numerous times but to no avail as he isn't picking up the phone now . Now we don't know where to go and what to do since he hasn't even given us the contract paper of the new maid, Rajni. We have so far given him Rs 11000/- (servive charge) and 3 months salary Rs 3600/- (one month salary Rs 1200/-). Mishra has betrayed us and cheated us. Please help us trace Mishra now and get our money back.
