The mobile store scratch coupon- cash back -Form No. 17987

I had purchased a Samsung c3010 mobile from the mobile store and they gave a scratch coupon to me. I scratched it and got Gift of a T-shirt I had sent original scratch coupon along with copy of bill to Spectramind Marketing, Noida on 04/07/2009 vide Trackon courier no:[protected]. In continue I had a talk with your customer care executive on last week of July'09 & they have confirmed that we have received you necessary document & your Form No. 17987. Also they have confirmed that Gift will be delivered by 7th Aug 2009 (Maximum) but till date I have not heard anything from them. I tried contact them on their Landline no:[protected] to 30 but unable to contact.

I am not blaming them till now, as it is only one month has passed. Still I believe that they will reply to me and let me know the status of my claim form. Pleas confirm the status of my gift

I am karthikeyan,i have purchased a samsung guru E1410 two months ago,On purchasing that mobile i got a cash back offer i scratched the card and found that a REEBOOK-T Shirt was found as gift i filled the coupon attaced all the neccessaries but till now i didnt have any response from the company

Hi I Bought the Samsung Mobile in Mobile stores,Elephant House, on 01-07-09, Later i posted the gift coupon with all the required details and attachments. still now i am not getting any coupon from u r side.

I have logged a complain for the similar issue on the Mobile store site. lets see what they will do. I also did not receive cash back on my mobile purchase even after sending all the documents.

i am Mayank kacholiya, we have purchased a new samsung 3310 from mobile store and won rs.250 cash back in scratch card offer. scratch card no.192798 and sent on 20/7/2009. i hav taken great care of terms and conditions and sent it accordingly, but then too no reply recieved from ur company since it has been more then 2 months.
