My membership number is 71660. I lodged a complaint at 12:10 PM. I got an assurance that the help should reach you within 30 mins. But again after 1 hour i called your helpline number, they again assured me that wait for another 30 mins. From 2 PM till 7:30 PM i called helpline 12 times but of no vain. After every 2 hours a new person is there due to shift change. There is a limit of negligence. I am very much frustated with your services and request you to kindly refund my registration amount. Today i spent Rs. 60/- only on phone calls.
