I have been shopping at spykar for quite some time now and had intended to do so for ever till, what happened last week. I had shopped at a spykar store in Karol Bagh, New Delhi on the 6th of January and had left my contact number in the guest diary on request of the Spykar staff. However, to my shock I have been receiving crank calls from a spykar staff member called Rajat from the very same store who called up in an inebriated state for the first time on 8th January (Friday) at 11.30 in the night and was blurting out nonsense. When I disconnected the call with the intention of ignoring the prank I started getting missed calls from the same number. Finally I had to switch off my mobile.But the problem did not end there. I got missed calls from the same number at 12 last night.
I wish to know that as per what policies of Spykar do you allow your distributors to not just misuse the customer's phone number but also harass them like this. I am sure you know that it tantamounts to indecency to make such lewd or crank calls to any lady and the persons concerned can be sued for the same.
Do the policies at spykar encourage dealers to make such lewd calls in the middle of the night in the name of brand promotion?
in case people at Spykar believe in following any work ethics then I would suggest you take appropriate action against this spykar store which is sure going to (and probably already has) harm your brand. The details of the Spykar employee are :
