I had purchased Spykar jeans worth Rs. 2699 Invoice no. SL-282 Dated 04- Dec-2009 from Shop Shoppers Shop Indira Market, Below Hotel sheela, Durg 491001, Ph.[protected]. When I opened it to wear found it to be defective from behind for which I informed to shopkeeper after coming back from Pune as I went for Marriage and purchased jeans for same to be used in function, Shopkeeper was not ready to accept it so I took back and fixed it with tailor, but after some days I found another part to be scracthed in same style due to bad material of cloth and again shopkeeper not ready to hear anything, I purchased in the Name of brand of Spykar and given such a huge amount for jeans but if I get this kind of material then its useless to have a Brand name or might be shopkeepers are mis utilizing the name of Company. Spykar lifestyle — bad quality of the jeans

The address of the shop is- shop no. 11/12, R-mall, L.B.S Marg, Mulund(W)-400 080.I have lodged this complaint regarding the low quality of the jeans.The quality of the jeans is so bad that it has started tearing within a day after purchasing.If this continues then I assure you that I will stop purchasing any goods from any spykar outlet in India.Dear sir, please respond to this complaint quickly and take necessary action.The product code- ACTIF 58005.

Spykar Jeans — torn jeans

i bought a jeans in sale which was goin on resently n on the second day it was torn and now it has started to tear at each place where it was either crapled or monkey washed

Spykar Jeans — CLOTH TEARED OFF

I PURCHASED JEANS ON 13 FEB WORH OF 899/- ON 13 FEB 2010.BUT WITHIN 1.5 MONTHS IT WAS TEARED OFF FROM BACKSIDE.I COPLANED IN COMPANY BUT THEY DONT WANT DO ANYTHING FROM THEIR SIDE.

I purcased a jeans of spykar of Rs 1999 from Aniraj sales, kunwar complex, kankarbagh main road, in front of sbi bank, karkarbagh, patna 800020 (spykar lifestyle) on 17th may 2010. It is fully defective and after a wash it is torned to unwearable. The shopkeeper is not ready to replace it and asking is for addtional rs200 for even trying for replacement. According to him replacment is done only when the whole lot is defective not when a single jeans from a lot is defective. The shopkeeper is misutilizing brands name. I purchased it in the name of brand of Spykar and given such a huge amount for a jeans. Please take my complaint against above mentioned shopkeeper and let him give me back the return for the amount I paid.
