[Resolved]  Starex International School, Gurgaon — EPF not being paid even after more than a year

I am Ramesh Raghav and my son Abhay Raghav is studying in class 10th in Starex international School Gurgaon, i had a talk with CEO MR. Badan in morning in regard of Delay of fees of my son, i explain him everything to him regarding the cause of the delay of fees, after that CEO Mr Badan has ordered his administration department to make student stand in the ground who has not paid the fees, for 1/2 hr and he ordered again for the tomorrow if they did nit the fee tomorrow and they will ask student to stand in the ground whole day. My son is studding in the school from last 5 years. is this is way, a school should treat? and the students are being mentally torchered and humiliated in the assembly. is this he right way to deal with the students?

I would like to inform you that I am working as a HOD English in your Starex International school village Binola, Bilaspur, Gurgaon in your school . I have received appointment letter on dated 15/11/2008 . I have remind so many times to Mr Iswin/ Mr Mohinders singh chairman of school straex International school. I have personally visit so many times but he always say that we will release your payment. I have given complaints in this regard to Mr Badan that kindly release my PF and salary . He assure me that he will release salary and PF/ Gratuity soon and transfer in my HDFC Salary account but still they have not release all my outstandings. Whenever I will try to meet them in this regard but they neglect my request and refuse to meet me. I have mentally and finaancially harrasment a lot in this regard. Mr Mohinder singh/ Mr Iswin has given threat to me in this regard use vulgar language/ given criminal intimadation. I have called on 100/ or police complain after that he promised me to release my salary and pf/gratuity.
