[Resolved] Starex International School, Gurgaon — PF not being paid after one year with repeated reminders and requests

Dear Sir/madam I am Sovi Sebastian a widow left with a girl child and was working as a staff nurse at Starex International School from Nov 2006 to Feb 2009. I have been assigned 24 hours of work with a pay of Rs. 9000/. My PF No is HR 25676/136. I have fulfilled all the requirements of the intitution and left the job on health reasons. I have been told that they will pay me the PF in due time. But since a year I have not received the PF yet. I will be ever grateful if anyone can help me to get the pf as I need to undergo a surgery immediately. Kindly help me I am writing this to inform about the bonded labour demanded of the employees as well. The management is unjust and demands a lot from the staff without even paying their due. Starex International School, Gurgaon — EPF not being remitted even after One year of leaving the job and submitting PF forms

Dear Sir/madam
I have been working as a senior English teacher at Starex International School, Gurgaon from[protected] October. After having fulfilled all the conditions I have left the school in Nov 2008. Till now I have not received the PF. The management said that they have forwarded the PF forms in Aug 31st 2009. I will be ever grateful if anyone could help me to get the PF. My PF No is: HR-25676/134
