State Bank of India - Alankar Place Boring Road - Patna — Car loan account

I have a car loan account in Patna (Alankar Place Boring Road). Account no-[protected]. I couldnot pay some EMIs in the last year. I have made a bulk deposit in June and also go my salary account transferred to my saving account there.
But since last month my account is blocked and I am unable to withdraw my salary.
All my attempts to call the branch and also the helpline have failed. The helpline is put on a answering machine. all e-mails sent by me have bounced back.
I live in Mumbai and I can't g to Patna to sort out the matter. I was told by Belapur branch of Navi mumbai that an amount of Rs 15000/- has to be deposited to regularise the account. My saving account already has the money it just has to be transferred to my loan account. Please help me in sorting out the matter so that I can access my salary. Thanks

I tryied to withdraw money from ATM of PNB, Mohaiya(Kaimur) Bihar branch but I DID NOT GET THE MONEY.the ammount was 8000/- with A/C-[protected] SBI, Boring Road Patna, Bihar.The day I tried this was 11Jun2009 17:57 with ATM id-D1269600.
I also did the written complain in SBI Patna branch on 4 June 09.
Till now I did not get my money back, no any response from the SBI.
I want to know how long it will take to credit my money back.

Please help me out.

my demand draft which was issued by sbi-boring road patna
has been taken by a wrong person so i ask for the non payment of that DD please help me out to tacle it

Dear sir
I have opened a current account in sbi patna boring road branch in january2013
But have not received cheque book till date
On enquiring with them in mid of feburary they told it has been send by post and we will be receving it within next 3 days but nothing such happened till first week of march
Then we contacted them once again they suggested us to wait for few more days, this continued for another 20 days .
Then on calling them in the second last week of march we were informed that no request for cheque book has been places in the system, hence the request will be generated and we will be receiving the chque book within 7 day .
Now you see it again its more than 10 day but we have have not received the same.


How can we manage like this

We have already deposited 5, 10, 000 in the account which we are unable to utilize in our business

We have also called in the land line ( [protected] )nos of the bank which keeps on ringing and ringing but no one mistakenly pickes it up.
