I have purchased Dress material in Chennai silks shop on 07th of December 2008 using SBI Debit card for Rs 1250, but the amount (Rs 1250) has been debited twice in my account. I have raised a ticket in online as well as i filled up the form regarding dispute error and submitted to Mr S.Balan SBI officer in person at Adyar Branch. But unfortunately till now there is no response from the bank and the amount is also not reverse back. It’s really a very bad experience which I m facing now.
