I AM A SB ACCOUNT CUSTOMER NO.[protected] IN SBI ACGUARDS.
IN F Y 2010-11 THE BANK DEDUCTED 10571/- TOWARDS FROM INTEREST ON FDS .
THE BANK HAS ISSUED 16A ALSO. BUT THEY DIS NOT CARE FILING TDS. RETURN.
MORE THAN 100 TIMES APPROACHED THE AC GUARDS BANK OFFICIALS. BUT NO POSITIVE ACTION.
AS THEY DID NOT FILE TDS RETURN IT WILL NOT REFLECT IN 26AS OF IT DEPT.
AS IT IS NOT REFLECTED IN 26AS, IT DEPT WILL NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT.
I REQUEST YOU TO DISPOSE OFF MY ISSUE BY INSTRUCTING THE BANK OFFICIALS IN ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
1. FILE TDS RETURN AND INTIME THE SAME TO ME.
OR
2.REFUND MY TDS AMOUNT DEDUCTED BY CREDITING TO MY SB ACCOUNT.
