i required mobile alerts by sms facility

i have registered my mobile no from atm to get the mobile alerts after that it is not working what i have to do to get this mobile alerts in my mobile

Iam a S.B.I internet banking user from orissa, sambalpur.My Branch name Budharaja sbi Branch.
From the begining sometime I get alert some time not. How would I know actually what is going on in my account?
