[Resolved] State Bank of India — Transaction Failed

Dear sir, I am Mayur Muley, opened Saving account in Nanded Branch and Holding SBI ATM/Debit Card from last one year.Then 2 weeks before i requested to change branch from Nanded to Pune. Now, when i used ATM card to withdraw money from my account, it gave me error 072 TRANSACTION DECLINED, unable to process, and so that i was able to see my balance on screen but couldnt withdraw money. My Atm card has been damaged, it is not sensing while doing transection .So please do the necessary action.Or tell me what is the proper way.

Respected sir,
with due respect i want to state that, my transaction failed while i was filling the form for SNAP exam for M.B.A.
My ATM shows that the money is withdraw but snap shows that the money is yet to be received... so please resolve the problem soon...
