I, Kadmiel Swatantra Kumar, resident of 74-14-18, Prakash Nagar, Rajahmundry, and SBI Credit Card holder of no: [protected] is placing the following request to immediately hold my card, or better cancel the number. the reason is, i lost it while i was in Singapore. immediately i contacted the Singapore police, and as advised by them to give a complaint only in my home country, as the card is issued only in India. of course i gave a complaint here but i think no action will be taken because it was lost in another country.

so kindly cancel my card and issue a new one. i will appreciate very much if you can also inform me the month wise statement just for the month of June 1st to July 12th of 2012.

Hope you oblige my request and do the needful to me at the earliest.
