State Bank of India — SBI Silver card not working

I am worried about has happened to the company. Since yesterday my card stopped working. Today when i tried to access their website www.sbicard.com, it is not working and also thecustomer care number [protected] is not working. I am due for last month's payment but cannot do so as nothing is accessible. I am surprised that such a big company can act in such an irresponsible way without informing the customers. Please do something about this.
