State Bank of India — not received atm card from sbi

my account no in sbi jayankondam branch ariyalur dist [protected] i applied atm 6 months before .i debit and credit regularly. since i am govt doctor i feel difficulty to withdraw money .please issue atm card for me immediately

sir,
i m apply the new one atm card from SBI-kurla branch on 30/10/2008.
but still now i m not receive atm card. it is more time. how i m withdraw money from atm machine.
pl reply me on my mail id.

I was starting my account on 19/11/2008, and i was done the atm service application, and now after the 6 months i was not recieved my atm card, so please dont give me any reason and give me atm card.
