State Bank of India — sending statement after getting the settlement copy.

hello sir/madam,

i am facing a problem from the SBI that is about the payment, i have already settled the account on 06/11/2004 with settlement tracer no. Hyderabad[protected] for which i have not received any statement from last four years and now i am again receiving the statement with very big amount of 24780.50 from last two months with card number [protected]. i have all the details of the settlement.

so i request you to please see into the matter and relieve me from this problem.
