I am customer of Amravati Main Branch. I hold a savings account in your bank. On 19th January 2009, I gave an application for starting the online banking service on my account. After taking my application, the Internet Banking Manager, Mr. Raghuvanshi gave me a seal packed envolope containing the username and password for the login to my account online. But since last 7 days I am trying to access my account, but when I enter the username and password which I got from bank, it gives the error "Invalid Username or password".
I met Mr.Raghuvanshi again on 21st January 2009, this time he told me that they have completed their formalities of linking the Internet Banking Kit no. to my Account. I have visited my branch office for 5 times for the sme problem, but still I am facing the same problem in logging in. I had also called on the Customer Helpline number [protected], but they told me to contact the branch people and told that they cannot directly help me.
Sir/Madam I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible. The details of my account and Internet Banking Kit are given below.
