I am having a SBI Credit Card in the name of Raja Das, DOB - 09.07.1974. As per the discussion with Mr. Ramesh Mishra at Kolkata Call Centre on 10.12.2008, I was told that my Total Outstanding Amount as on 10.12.2008 was Rs.16, 061=00 with the following break-up :- Total Outstanding - Rs. 15, 680=00 Other Charges - Rs. 381=00 ( 3% Cancellation Charges + 12.36% Govt. Service Tax etc) The Reference No.[protected], dated 10.12.2008 was given against the above foreclosure & I was advised that the above amount will be valid for next 5 Days, within which if I pay Rs. 16, 061=00, my entire outstanding amount will get settled. I had already paid Rs. 16, 061=00 through Cheque No.- 315124, dated 13.12.2008, which is also reflecting in the Credit Card Statement dated 01.01.2009, but to my biggest surprise I found that the said statement is still showing an outstanding amount of Rs. 8, 290=00. May I now request you to look into the matter at your end at the earliest, because I am feeling cheated by such an act, which I deeply regret to inform. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

SBI Credit Card — charging after closure and payment

I had closed my account on 19 december 2007 then also you have charged me RS 128 now .This is completely cheating to the costumer.

U can file a case in the Consumer Forum and also file a criminal complaint case with the state police on grounds of Extortion, please keep records of your telephone incoming as suplimentary evidence, further u will be happy to know that SBI has numerious such instances, (if any charges for free insurance is charged extra..please quote that too)...immediately get in touch with a lawyer, , all the best

I am SBI Credit Card Holder. My Credit Card A/c No. # [protected]. Dated 22.09.04 charged Rs. 7369.00 & dated 27.09.04 charged Rs. 525.00 for Royal Sundaram Alliance & SBI Crd Medisafe Admin Fee. But I am not agree this above amount. So, I call to Customer Care & Royal Sundaram Alliance department. After call to Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Deptt. then say 50% Rev. of above amt. So I Paid Rs. 3000/- vide Chq. No. # 839957 dt. 16.07.05 . chq. collected receipt No. # 3395380 Book No. # 067908 for full & Final settlement & Card Surrender. But no NOC recd. & statement comming back. Again DD paid for Full & Final Settlement (No Dues) vide DD No. # 134360 dt. 24.07.06 for Rs. 1000.00 Chq. collected Receipt No. # 5488113 & Book No. # 109763. But statement is comming back with Intt. charges. and then again Post dated chq. paid to Jumbo collection for SBI Card Full & Final Stellement for Rs. 1500.00 dated 20.04.08 Chq. No. # 288302 dt. 20.04.08 Receipt No. # 11420230 & Book No. # 228405 & ask that within 24 Hours NOC Received to you. But till date NOC not reced. So, Please send the NOC all necessery action agst. this complain.

i am a sbi credit card holder, my account no is:[protected] and my card number is:[protected], i had already setteled my account on dated :21/07/07 tracerno:Hyderabad[protected], i setteled my account through lakshmi durga agencies, near raghavayya park, vijayawada, wide collection receipt no:8068900 dated:23/08/07 by cash for rupees 10, 000(ten thousand rupees only) for full settelment on the spot.so still i receive the letters from SBI.please check it once and stop the services for my creditcard transactions.and intimate me the result through mail for stopping the all transactions from that credit card as early as poosiible.

SBI card card — NON CLOSURE OF A/C AFTER MAKING PAYMENT

SBI CARD NO.[protected]

I HAVE PAID TOTAL AMOUNT AS INFORMED BY SBI CARD CENTRE AND THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED ALSO. BUT THEY HAVE SENT AS DEFAULTER TO CIBIL WHICH IS VERY MUCH AFFECTING MY BUSINESS. INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL LETTERS AND MAILS THEY WERE NOT BOTHERED TO SETTLE THIS ISSUE. THERE WERE NO REPLY FROM ANY QUARTER INCLUDING OUR REPLY TO THEIR LAWYER NOTICE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL.
