SBI Card — forcibly issuing me policy

Your support staff is well trained for providing no satisfactory response and stick to standard lines they r suppose to speak. Congrats. Why dont u scrap them off, as they anyway dont provide any support, am MBA from SPJain doesn't see this, quite surprising...

Answer the above questions, and FYI, i have lodged a criminal compalaint against you and sbicard and royal sundaram with he RBI, IRDA, Consumer court...and soon will be moving to Police aswell.

I have taken the above Credit card (SBI silver card -More). It was promised in brochure of SBI that 2 % cash back on purchases at Merchant Establishments would be given. When I sought the cash back, SBI through (GESBI) has informed that I will not get 2% cash back on purchases done on SBI silver cash back card. Instead I would be getting 1 reward point for every Rs.100 spend on the card.
This is very bad on the part of SBI to go back on its promises and not give cash back.

Today on 9th may, 2009 suddenly a girl cakked me from the SBI credit cards that I have some payment due. the card was closed after settlement probably 8-10 years back. I am trying to find a solution in court or in a forum where these SBI credit card manager should be punished and services be closed so that it does not happen with others

SUBJECT : CLOSURE OF MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT - LETTER WRITTEN TO YOU ON MAY 12th 2008.

Dear Sir,

The following is the copy of the letter written to you, On 12th May 2008.



I write this letter to demand you the closure of my credit card account and cancelation of the same. This is because your office is now a center of fraud. Debiting late fee without any reason was the usual fraud and now started with new item i.e. making alterations in the check issued in your favour and presenting and encashing through clearing.

On the request of your Chennai office, I have issued a cheque for Rs.430/-

Dated[protected] towards full settlement of my credit card account.

On verification of my Bank account I found that the above said cheque bearing number 005578 presented for payment after alteration of the amount both in figures and words to read as Rs.1430/- and received payment.

(Copy of receipt no: 11022590 for Rs. 430/- issued by your collecting agent of Trivandrum already forwarded to you with this letter of 12th May 2008.)



I never had such experience before . I lost all faith on your bank credit card and hence demand closure of the account. Your credit card already proved to be a burden for me since 2006 April, I was not using the card since June 2006. I was waiting for clearing all my genuine dues. They are over by February 2008 and hence demand the closure of the account.

So far, your office had debited me without reason delebrately every month with various amounts (Rs.336.72/- to Rs.674.16/-) and a total amount of Rs.5222.70/-. You have recovered from me Rs.3201.36/- including Rs.1430/- (check altered and collected amount) now I request you to refund me Rs. 3201.36/- by your demand draft drawn on Trivandrum .



( I have paid all the installments of the loan granted to me well before the due dates. And most of the installments you have over looked and debited my account with late fee. This is clear from your statement itself.)

Please verify your statements from January 2007 to February 2008

(12 installments of Rs.3800/- including interest )



The protection plus insurance already cancelled in June 2007 wide my request letter as well as your statement. I also request you to pay back me the amount already remitted by me. ( That also comes nearly Rs.5000/- this also should be send by DD drawn on Trivandrum.)



I request you to do the needful at an early date. I am waitng for your reply.

I will proceed further to the BANK OMBUDSMAN, if your reply is not received as soon as possible.

The following are the usual frauds of your office statements sent to me :



1. Not executing instructions given regarding flexy pay account and demanding full payment of the amount of the bill immediately along with interest for the amount. On contacting your office to ask about that you suggest to pay less the bill amount, Immediately next month you collect processing charges to transfer the amount to flexy pay and claiming and debiting the late fee according to your will and pleasure without any reason. (This started in your credit card account since April 2006).



2. On writing letter to your office regarding late fee, two times you have recredited my account with that ( without any use – In the words of the officer (REFLECTION OF AN OBJECT IN A MIRROR à NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PAYMENT ).



3. Terrorizing by demanding amount, twice of the same amount widrawn using credit card and debiting interest and late fee.



4. Concealing payment made and received by you even before the due date and imposing late fee. Please verify the statements of 2007.



5. Amount of late fee refunded taking back immediately without any reason.



6. Not adjusting any payment from late fee credited back to the card account.



7. Demanding check for closure of the account from Chennai office, Sending your agents to my home to collect the check and altering the check to the will and pleasure of the bank. And presenting for payment and through clearing.( Bank statement already submitted to your Trivandrum office)



I am sorry to say, a BANK like SBI – Being the biggest bank of India which has core banking is behaving like this !!! IT IS SHAME !!!

My name is ponnuvel. I applied for a SBI credit card 3 years back and still havent received the card. But now am getting harassing calls from the SBI agents that i need to pay 6000 Rs for insurance, failing which they will issue a warrant or rather file a case against me. Am getting harassment calls almost daily. They even call up my parents and harassing them too. Kindly help me out or rather pls let me know a solution as to how should i get rid of this.

But when I was updating my passbook the balance shows me Rs.1, 228.00 that mean in my said account Rs.9, 000.00 was missing out.
The Account Statement on updating show various transaction having similar numbers which Firstly are not executed by me. More over they are repeated 4 times which clearly shows mistake/Fraud/mischief has been done in my Saving Account.

I request you that find-out my missing balance and rectify balance and credit the said amount in my account as early as possible as it is causing me loss and mental hardship.

Just now I have checked through net-banking, I have got it back, on last Friday, 17th April 2009. So they gave it back almost after 2 months!!! Anyway, I am happy that I have got it back. I am feeling almost (will not get interest for 2 months on that Rs. 1000! :P) equally happy as I was disappointed when I lost it! :)

I had also met the same issue when I was withdrawing 1000/- Rupees by using ICICI debit card from SBI ATM (situated near railway station) from Chengannur in Kerala. Mean while I got a message that 'Your Transaction is being Processed' but I did not hear any sound of money which was get counted and the bill was getting generated. Then after a few seconds I got a message again saying "Your Transaction is Timed Out".Soon I went another ATM (Canara Bank ATM situated near the Navaratna Bar) and I withdrew 1000/-Rupees and I was shocked once I saw the Receipt, I found that the previous transaction amount (which was timed out) got debited from my account.

Suddenly I called the SBI customer care and they did not pick the call.Later I called my ICICI customer care and they accepted my compalints, they told me that I would get an update within the next 8 working days.Still I am waiting for an update.

I am ramakrishnan from Chennai - thiruvanmiyur, On 1st sep around 1:30PM, I went to nearby ATM to with draw 500 from my account. It shows error Transaction timed Out and i didnt receive any receipt also for this. On 2nd when i checked my online accout, I was very much worried that 5000 debited from my account. As soon as i contacted the bank customer care, they gave one ticket number AT[protected]. But still now i dint get any resolution for this. This is the Very Very worst service providing by State Bank Of India. If any of the Bank Employee of the State bank read this.. Please fix this type of issues and provide us good service to the customers. Because we are not getting money just from ground or trees. we are working hard for the whole one month like you and if losing money means.. Jus try to understand.

today i went to sbi atm and i withdrawl an amount 700rs.after i got a transaction slip of response code 0005.i didn't get my money.it said "transaction is timed out"

Withdraw 20000 from Malayam ATM of Thiruvananthapuram. It showed your transaction is processed . Then it Timed out. But the amount was debitted from my account. Now its almost 8 days. I have not received it yet. And SBI says its just 3 working days, I have to wait anothet 4 working days. Thats 5 days more. My ECS are due in 2 days.

I am jagan boddupalli from kothapet, hyderabad 500035.
I am ICICI account holder and tried to withdraw 9000 from SBI ATM at kothapet branch near 'Q' bakers around 6:50 PM on 31-Oct-2018, the requested amount got debited but the Transaction timeout without dispensing any amount or any transaction reciept.
I raised a complaint with ICICI and they said it would take 7 working days and I am waiting .
This is very bad that because of issue with SBI ATM, I have to wait for 7 days to get my hard earned money.
And I will never try to withdraw from SBI ATM

I went to SBI ATM On 4/12/18 near vidyasagar College, Suri, ATM ID no. IFBN000191O21 in order to withdraw a sum of Rs. 2000/- and one more try to get money but the screen showed that the transaction was timed out and I did not get any receipt. After 2-days while checking my account balance through mini statements, I found out that the transaction was actually processed but I have no txn No, and RS. 4000/- has been debited from my account without SMS alert which is never happened previous. Now almost 2-days have passed and I am very disappointed on SBI ATM.
Still I am waiting for an update as early as possible.

I had also met the same issue when I was withdrawing 5000/- Rupees by using ICICI debit card from SBI ATM (Shibpur Ganges Garden branch) from Howrah in West Bengal. Dear Sir,
I have SBI credit card they never didnt sent the statement when your ontime. But On month of august i made one trancsanctiion to so I made payment without statement received from SBI and acted responsibilly. Even though they didnt send me statement for month MAY to August ontime. in July month i used card for multiple transanction and could not remember and asked them to send the statement. but it arrived late and so made the payment late.

From the Sep Month onwords they started sending the late fee this kept on adding even though i made the payment for which i made purchases. I would have made the payment on time if they send statement ontime for month August. I cannt make blind payment every month without statement being received

i was frustrated with late fee getting added every month from Sep 2007 to March 2008. At end i made the payment 4225 rupees it is just an late payment..!!. The day i made the payment an lady called from the SBI for settlement for 2000. By the time i made payment.
Please take necessary action such that this kind of harassment is not done on anybody who is using the SBI card.

I opened an account in your Gurazala branch, Guntur district, Andhra pradesh. my account no. is [protected]. i submitted an atm application form in this branch and received my atm card within 15 days time. But I have not received pin number for the same to the bank, when ever i visit the bank they are telling pin number yet to be received. I Opened my account in the month of September 2008

SBI — Address of the SBI ATM Offices

Hi,

I hold an ICICI ATM Card. On March 20th, I lost my card and before blocking it, someone has withdrawn money from an SBI Hyderabad ATM. I called up my bank and requested for the details. But, they gave me only the ATM IDs of the SBI ATM from where the transaction was made. My bank told me to call up the SBI bank and ask for the exact address of those SBI ATM offices. When I called the SBI customer care, branch offices, everybody told that they can't help because they don't have information or they are not obliged to give the details. The SBI ATM IDs are 0008473 and DHYD0230.

Please help me in getting the ATM address.

I am a consumer of sate bank of india. I apply for my new account in this bank on 18 dec 2008 and also apply for atm service. My ATM card is send by bank through Post office but my Pin Number doesnot send by bank then i contact to bank then they say that ur pin no. is not send by main office. Then i ask to what to do they says apply to block your atm card first and then apply for new card. but i am a service man and cant go to bank. I am also complaint online on SBI website for this . but not a single reply to me .
sir please help me to provide my atm card's pin number.
