[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SETTLEMENT OF MY SBI CARD NO. [protected]( Rs 4500.00)

I am using your sbi card since last 2 year i am paying my o/s regularly as

you can see from my pyt history in june07 i met with a major accident i was hospitalize for

around 94 days at lucknow so i am unable to pay my o/s , Collection agent has visited my

office i request him to plz settle my acct. and close my sbi card whatever settle amt. will

come i will pay in 2 installment . But today i have receive a phone call on my cell from (

[protected] 12.43pm ) a lady was talking from another side she has told me that you have

to pay the amt. in one instalment but i told him that i have given request to pay the amt in

2 instalment but she has denied to accept the amt in instalment and telling that bank will

collect the amt. from different resources so you are requested plz suggest i am unable to pay the amt. in one instalment .
