[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Not receiving my monthly statement on time

sir,
I have taken loan 3 months before, and I have given two cheqes

but when i received the statement , they didn,t detect the clearing amt. and i asked in the toll free number to give the clear statement, before 10 days. At present I won,t receive , so
I want to take action against credit card loan ,get suggestion from you,

After repeating several times,I have been shifting from indore to Delhi,Kindly send me my statement in mail & Postal ADDRESS:

SBI Credit Card — Non receiving of monthly bill statement at postal address

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Rajeev Jain user of SBI Credit Card would like to inform you that since past three months i have not receive any of monthly bill statement at my residence address. So, it is been requested you to please make sure that in future it should be reached to us on time. Secondly, i request you to please credit the late fees and service tax to my account in next bill statement because i had drop the cheque in your drop box on time of my previous payments.

I am not receiving monthly statement ( bill ), I wrote so many times to you also tried to contact on customer care help line but could not get succeed.

Therefore I request you to please change my mailing address in your records which I am giving below :
