I applied for the sms alerts on my mobile.As i changed the number due to certain problems i went to the office and applied for mobile num change form.the bank approved it.but i am not getting any message even when the transaction is being done.i also registered in the atm center using credit card.Even though am nt getting any message of transaction.pls suggest me a solution for this?

Dear All - Go to your base branch and activate netbanking. Through netbanking you can enable / disable SMS alert; create Fixed deposits, pre-mature withdrawl, create recurring deposit, check form 15G/H status, TDS statement, check interest rate, maturity value, TDS certificate, fund transfer to other A/C, PPF A/C transfer all etc. So dont waste time to do this from bank branch, make this all from your home or office...
