With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that the core services of CIBIL encompass collecting credit information from our members and dissemination the same back to them in the form of credit information reports. CIBIL does not maintains any defaulters list. The Company acts as a repository of both positive and negative credit information, historical and current on the existing and potential borrowers of the credit grantors.

The data reflecting in the credit information report is as provided by our Members i.e. banks and other financial institutions. It is the responsibility of the credit institution to submit updated, accurate and complete information to CIBIL.

In case of any dispute/discrepancies in credit report, kindly mail us control number of credit report for further clarifications.

IT IS NOT FAIR ON PART OF CIBIL
YOU HAVE FORWARDED ME AS OVERDUE IN YOUR RECORDS MY MY
CREDIT CARD OF SBI

I AM ONLY DUE 250 RUPEES OR SO
FURTHER I HAVE SETTLED WITH THE BANK BY SENDING MY
CARD BACK BY TEARING IT OFF

BIT IT IS MENTIONED AS OVERDUE WHICH IS UNFAIR AND
SPOILED MY IMAGE WITH THE BANKS GIVING LOAN TO ME WHO
WILL
REPIR THE DAMGE DONE TO ME
