Sub : over billing and harassment on phone of Credit Card No. [protected]

Dear Sir or Madam:

With reference to the above subject, I hereby bring to your kind notice that, though I made the payment of RS: 5, 100 on 31-Dec-2007 through HDFC banck check having the check no: " 859766" and it got debited from HDFC account on 07-Jan-2008, the amount has been added to the next month billing. I have raised a concern and send all the relevant documents to the Credit card division. Even after 2 months. there is no action on the above issue. So that I have stopped my payment in this month. They are not resolving my concern but they harrsing through phone calls because of present month payment. Please do credit Rs: 5, 100 to me back and I will do the present month payment immediately. I have all original documents from HDFC bank regarding my payment towards SBI credit card.

SBI Credit Card — harassment over phone

sir, though i had applied for sbi credit card nearly one and half years back, i never received the card but i am getting regular phone calls from sbi customer care deptt., even after explaining the fact to them nothing has been done
