Sir,
I approached the Dy. Manager, The Chief Manager & The concerned Staff of The State Bank of India, Sector-17 B, Chandigarh many times personally through request letters and also file online complaints No.CC[protected], CC[protected] and CC[protected] besides send email to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in for providing help to fillup the deceased claim case of Harbaksh Kaur with reference to SB Bond No.BLA No.382 & 1338 worth Rs.10 Lakh each in name of deceased Harbaksh Kaur for payment in favour of Mehar Baba Charitable Trust on the basis of para no.14 b of will executed by deceased Harbaksh Kaur and final orders/award passesd by Lok Adalat, Chandigarh but with no result so far.
The copies of will and court orders were already submitted with the abovesaid branch of above bank but the abovesaid bank flatly refused to provide any help in filling up the claim forms for filling claim with a view for payment of abovesaid SB Bonds in favour of Mehar Baba Charitable Trust.
There seems to be no way-out. What should be done?

When I asked the banker, he told me that until and unless any Transfer Receipt (TR) from The Jammu & Kashmir Bank is received by them, they are helpless. What shall I do now?
I inquired through him only that this whole process takes a maximum of 18-20 days. He asks me to follow up with The Jammu & Kashmir Bank. But, is it my responsibility to do so or SBI's?
The payer's bank, the payer and my bank, SBI all have been approached separately and simultaneously as well.
There seems to be no way-out. What should be done?
