i lost my atm card, which was from Hubli-Karnataka account. ima in Bagalkot now and can't afford to go to Hubli for applying new atm crad . already block no [protected], now the problem is i want my new atm card from the same account to b delivered in Bagalkot. is it possible? if yes whats the procedure.

and use for purchasing purpose

i withdrawl an amnt of rs.2000 from my sbi atm card on 6july09 frm th allahbad bank atm, i get a total sum of money 2000 frm tht atm bt extra 2000 rs. was debited frm my accnt i gave a complain on behalf of the amnt debited frm my account to sbi branch bt still i don't get my mny back in my account if anybody know abt the rule pls send the information to my email adressess suggestion are also welcome
