[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Hacking my Lost ATM Password and withdrawn all money

Subject:- Regarding loss of ATM card and withdrawl of all the money by
unauthorized person using the said ATM card.


Sir,

I am working in Bajaj Hinduthan Ltd.( Distillery ) Kinauni, Meerut as a officer(Mech).
I have my salary account (A/C No [protected] ) in SBI, branch Kinauni. A ATM card ( No[protected] was also issued on this account no.
1 Sir I was traveling from Kanpur to Meerut via Sangam Express on 03.05.08. I have lost my ATM during the journey.
2. I have informed to Branch Manager for Block the ATM CARD telephonically on 03.05.08 at 10:00 PM.
3. On reaching the Meerut City Railway Station I filed a FIR at GRP Meerut City regarding lost of ATM. At 8:30 AM
4. I informed to SBI Kinauni Branch on 05.05.08( Monday) by written application to block the above said ATM but all money was already withdrawn by any unauthorized person using the said ATM card. It is question of security about the ATM cards issued from your bank ( i.e. SBI )
5. After checking the transaction details it was found that all transaction were made on 04.05.08. I have lost my Rs.27700/-. A balance of Rs. 39/- was there in my account on 05.05.08 at 10:30 AM.
My Complaint is How more than Rs. 25000/- have been withdrawn in a single day.
and the next one is how password of ATM card has known to any unauthorised person as password is only known to me.
