[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Non receipt of ATM Card.

Dear Sir, Last December 2006 I applied for a ATM card and I never received the card.I hold a NRI a/c at the Panbazar branch, Guwahati
I am appaled at the treatment I received fromSBI. The matter needs to be investigated and a reply given to my satisfaction.I stayed in India for seven months and had to travel to Guwahati
almost 300 km to withdraw my money. I am asking you should this

KM — Debit card not issue still now

Dear Sir,

With in One month The HDFC Bank issue new gold debit card twise ( i don't know their are told like this)but the Express courier person not given the Card in My address or home. I am already complaint in the bank complaint cell but no action taken from their side.In such case i am not sacticefied with the bank service and also get very poor service from the Express Courier side because the courier division not informed me any thing, but the bank dedected the service amount from my account firstly. Can you take action against the courier service.

Sir, I am maintaining a Savings account (No. [protected]) in SBI personal Bank at the Bistupur Branch in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I had applied for replacement of ATM Card on 8th Aug.'09. But I am yet to receive the same. A few days back I have collected the pin no.from the Bank. I found the address written on the letter was my previous residence. I went to post office for searching my ATM card, but I found no ATM card came in my name.Can you kindly let me know the reason of delay in receiving my ATM Card ?
