I have applied for transfering the a/c from Renukoot( U.P.) branch to Malpur ( Bihar) branch and also submitted all required documents to Renukoot branch. Lodge the complaint in net also but no response till date.

hello,
please be informed that as I went in the SBI to deposit the cash through the Green channel facility but it was not working, I am trying to deposit money Through GCF 3 times in this week but it was not working. Today I deposit the cash and Cheque it took over 1 hour to get this done when there were hardly 4 to 5 peoples was in the queue.
I went to manager to make him aware that GCF not working but he spoke rudely and told me to GET OUT OF THE CABBIN, he is suggesting me do not deposit cash deposite only cheque. This is not a way to speak with the customers when he is asking something, kindly teach some manners to the respected manager.
Complaint against Manager :- K.S.Singh Bhayander (West) Branch.
