I did not take my application form print out so i need your suggestion to take print out .
Sir,

I submit that as I intend to draw an amount from my SBI ATM card I visited I.O.B. ATM centre at Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam district and initially I tried to draw an amount of Rs.3, 500/ and as I failed to receive the said amount again tried to draw an amount of Rs.500/- and as I failed to recieve in the second attempt again I tried to draw an amount of Rs.500/- and finally my three attempts were proved futile and an amount of Rs.4000/- appeared to be debited from my SBI Account and when I appraoched IOB bank officials on their advise I approached my banker i.e., SBI, Munagapaka who did not evince any interest to hear me and paid deaf ear and finally all my attempts to secure my money back is of not use and hence this complaint to take appropriate action against the said bank officials.

I feel very sorry to bring this issue to your authority and hope that no further litigation takes place in this regard from our end.

On 21.11.09 I approached the IOB ATM centre at Atchutapuram and tried to with draw an amount of Rs.3, 500/- at the first instance and as no amount came from the ATM, again I tried to withdrawn amount of Rs.500/- and in the second instance also I was unable to draw the amount and tried for the third time to draw an amount of Rs.500/- and also failed for the third time and I approache the IOB Atchutapuram bank officials and brought the above fact to their notice who in turn advised me to approach my bankers i.e., SBI Munagapaka, Visakhapatnam district branch where I revealed above facts and put to their notice that an amount of Rs.4, 000/- was deducted from out of my SB Account and requested for the immediate relief of the same.
In the above context I submit that your SBI bank officials at Munagapaka Branch, Visakhapatnam district paid deaf ear and did not respond to my request and finally I was left helpfless and now I am constrained to proceed legally through a court of law in the event of failure even on your part.
